Shipping & Returns


To ensure we provide a high level of service, we currently only offer shipping within the United States. We are working to expand our offerings to other destinations. If you are in Canada, please reach out to as we may be able to manually create orders for you. We look forward to servicing your region soon!


Candles may be returned up to 7 days from when delivered. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the items must be unused, undamaged, with the original packaging. If your item was damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately and include photos of the damage by emailing

We will only accept returns of the products complete with the accompanying of unused gifts (including samples).

Sample tins cannot be returned if ordered stand-alone (not given as a gift).

To initiate a return, please email us at and include your invoice number and which item(s) you'd like to return. We recommend you obtain, and keep safe, proof of postage when posting your return.
